What I changed:

• rebased branch history onto current main and dropped duplicate pre-merge commits from prior PR Curation refresh: fix stale links + add high-signal ecosystem entries #5
• preserved only phase-2..phase-5 Hermes docs commits
• force-pushed cleaned history

Result:

• merge conflicts resolved
• PR is now MERGEABLE/CLEAN
