Replace the alien artwork and incorrect “2398” branding with a useful 2389 Research profile: recent repository activity, published release tags, research posts from RSS, and an expandable directory of all 117 public repositories.
A daily GitHub Action at 11:23 UTC fetches every repository and release page plus the writing RSS feed. It commits only when rendered content changes. Failed requests preserve the existing profile, and the built-in GitHub token stays confined to GitHub requests. The schedule activates after merge; no extra secrets are needed.
Validation:
scripts/checkpasses (Ruff format/lint, strict mypy, 13 unit/integration tests, actionlint). A live end-to-end test passed against GitHub and RSS, GitHub's Markdown API rendered the result, and a second live generation returnedUnchanged. Independent review found no outstanding issues. The generator has no runtime dependencies. GitHub schedules are best effort and can be disabled after 60 days of repository inactivity; the maintenance README documents recovery.
