這個 CI 會在每次 v2.0.0 branch 推送的時候建立 Pre-release 並上傳最新的 nightly build (apk / ipa)
還有在每次 Release 釋出的時候往 Release 加入 apk / ipa
要在專案裡設置允許 Workflow R/W 權限
