…ostics (DIVE-3964) The Codex channel bridge now asserts its own state on an interval instead of leaving readers to scrape a session banner that only ever prints on failure. health.json carries bound/listening state, last inbound/outbound timestamps, queue depth, the active thread/turn, the bridge version and a named failure cause; classifyHealth() turns it into healthy/stale/mismatched/unbound/failed/ absent plus the repair a supervisor may safely take, with a ceiling so a broken bridge cannot be restart-looped.
