Added the privacy policy and terms and conditions sections

Description

• Added a Privacy Policy section/page outlining the information we collect, how it’s used, data protection measures, and user rights.
• Added a Terms & Conditions section/page detailing user responsibilities, item listings & exchanges, liability limitations, third-party service usage, and updates to terms.
• Both sections include a “Last Updated” date for transparency.
• Updated HTML structure with separate sections for each page.
