This version of Slicer-Liver has the following functionality:

  • Liver resection planning:

    • Resection planning using slicing contours and Bezier surfaces.
    • Resection margins using distance maps
    • Loading/saving resection plans

  • Liver analysis:

    • Definition centerlines for liver segments
    • Computation of liver segments
    • Calculation of centerline network
