Updated Heading Style in "Projects" page
1)The "Active Projects" subheading in projects.jsx has been redesigned to match the style of the "Projects" heading in index.jsx, now featuring an image before the text for consistency.
2)The ring-related classes have been removed from the SectionHeading component to eliminate the button-like appearance. Instead, the tracking-tight class has been added for a more compact and bold heading look, and the font size has been increased to enhance heading readability.
