Description
This PR enhances the visual clarity and user experience of the AOSSIE website by implementing the following changes:

Hover Effects on Program Announcements Links:

  • Added hover effects to the links in the Program Announcements section. When users hover over the links, the background color changes to a light green shade, and the text color changes to white. This enhances the interactivity and user experience.

Changes Made

  • Added hover effects to the Link components in the Program Announcements section with the following styles:
    • Background color: #00a15f
    • Text color: white
    • Output Preview

Impact

These changes will make the website more user-friendly and visually appealing by improving the visual hierarchy and enhancing the interactivity of the links.
