Basically gets the discord bot ready for my discord bot I've done on my repo.
It's mainly configured for virgo to begin with so I dont have to modify topic.dm
Already tested. it works <3 Just need to setup config and get the bot installed.
Also the syringes wont infect you for being used multiple times.
