Laser carbines aren't contraband; this thing is worse than them.

This is a hitscan weapon, and DPS-wise, it does more damage than the NFSD laser cannon. It should remain contraband, as it is the strongest hitscan weapon you can lay your hands on right now.

Laser carbines not being contraband is an oversight and will be fixed, alongside other oversights.

It's... literally ten nine less damage than the carbine.
Which, even when it was contra, was C2.

It's still a hitscan weapon. Don't compare it to the carbine, compare it to other hitscan weapons, such as the laser cannon and the svalinn. Hitscan itself represents a unique advantage to other weapons, not to mention how they go through windows.

Still, though, normal lasers go through windows as well.
I think if it should keep C3, then it should get some kind of buff.

Right, we changed all laser weapons to go through windows with grilles now... I forgot about that, still, the hitscan. If we are to look at other hitscan weapons, this doesn't give you their massive slowdown and can currently be used with one hand as it is not properly ported here, from the original port. I'll go ahead and fix the whole thing.
