Autostart minimized, launches a window for less than a second before minimizing to tray. Can become annoying over time.

Seems to have been fixed by #58 . Was probably a lock contention issue.

Seems to still exist on windows when running in a VM. Could be refactored to use a different window creation pattern I have seen on some other projects.

Fixed in 95. Windows are created minimized by default only displayed when autostart_minimized is false or user clicks Show Dashboard.
