Although most migrated env vars are auth-related, I probably would not frame this as a pure "oauth" migration. Just a general "env" migration.

For consistency, maybe the vars in src/pages/events/consume-events-examples/runtime-action-commerce-callback.md could be renamed too.

This PR updates several environment variable names for the integration starter kit and checkout starter kit in order to support an aio library. It adds a page to assist developers migrating between starter kit versions. It also updates the required Node version for the checkout starter kit.
