Add Repostit: 20% recurring social publishing affiliate program

Adds Repostit's free partner program in Social Media, with 20% recurring commission on valid referred paid subscriptions while the customer stays active.

Official sources: partner program, public registration, and product website. Submitted on behalf of Repostit.

Cookie duration, payout thresholds/methods, and approval timing are omitted because they are not stated on the public program page. verified remains false for maintainer review. The USD currency matches Repostit's subscription billing; the commission is a percentage.

Validation: YAML parsed and checked against schema/program.schema.json; product, program and registration links returned HTTP 200. No application code or existing listings are changed.
