Bundles the dependabot major bumps that are safe and that share the single
root pnpm-lock.yaml (so they can't merge independently):

- dashboard: typescript ^5 -> ^6, @types/node ^20 -> ^26  (#113, #112)
- sdk-ts:    zod ^3 -> ^4, @types/node ^20 -> ^26          (#104, #107)

Validated locally:
- `pnpm --filter dashboard build` — green (Next type-checks clean under TS 6)
- `pnpm --filter @af-stack/sdk build` — green (tsc clean under zod 4)
- `pnpm --filter @af-stack/sdk test` — 265/265 vitest tests pass (zod 4 runtime-compatible)

Excludes eslint 10 (#114 — eslint-plugin-react not yet eslint-10 compatible) and
vitest 4 (#106 — requires vite 6); those are handled separately.

Superseded by #131, which bundles this bump (validated: dashboard build + sdk-ts build/265 tests green). Bundled because all pnpm bumps share the single root pnpm-lock.yaml and can't merge independently.
