"JW" is a trademark we can't use for the app. This PR updates all references to it and removes them. We renamed directories and direct references in the code.
The legal notice should make it clear that the app is not created by Watch Tower. It is added in the Tutorial, as well as in the settings.
iPhone 11 is not available anymore as a simulator. Updating to a newer version.
