Customer-Analytics

Overview:

This repository presents a Bank Customer Analytics dashboard created using Power BI, offering insights and visualizations based on a bank's customer dataset obtained from Kaggle.

Dataset:

The project utilizes a dataset sourced from Kaggle, encompassing customer information from a bank. Variables within the dataset include customer ID, customer name, gender, region, job classification, date joined, and more.

Dashboard Components:

The Bank Customer Analytics dashboard comprises the following components:

  2. Account Balance Analysis: Examination of account balance distribution across different age groups, providing insights into wealth distribution among customer segments.
  3. Geographic Distribution: Visualization of the total number of customers based on geographical regions, facilitating identification of the bank's market reach and customer distribution.
  4. Top Customers: Highlighting the top five customers based on their account balances for quick identification of high-value customers.
  5. Job Classification: Analysis of the total number of customers based on their job classifications, offering insights into the bank's customer base.
  6. Yearly Trends: Presentation of the total number of customers on a yearly basis, allowing identification of customer growth patterns and trends over time.

Usage:

To explore the Bank Customer Analytics dashboard:

  1. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/chinmoy2306/Bank_Customer_Analytics.git
  2. Open Power BI Desktop or Power BI Online.
  3. Import the customer dataset located in the repository into Power BI.
  4. Open the Power BI project file (bank_customer_analytics.pbix) in the repository.
  5. In Power BI, refresh the data connection to ensure the dashboard uses the latest dataset.
  6. Interact with different dashboard components to gain insights into bank customer data.
  7. Customize the dashboard as per your requirements by modifying visuals, adding new insights, or connecting additional data sources.

Dependencies:
