Add Ornith 1.5 9B and 35B A3B to staff picks

Adds the two fresh Ornith 1.5 GGUF releases to the Hub staff picks, right after the current top block:

• AtomicChat/Ornith-1.5-9B-GGUF — order 6, coding/vision/reasoning/tools (repo ships two mmproj files, so the vision badge is correct for this exact repo)
• AtomicChat/Ornith-1.5-35B-A3B-GGUF — order 7, coding/reasoning/tools (no mmproj in this repo, so no vision badge)

Both use hub:recCoding and bump updated_at. Validated locally with ajv against schema.staff-picks.json; model_name and order stay unique.

Notes:

• No MLX twins yet: there are no Ornith 1.5 MLX builds under the org, only 1.0. Twins can land as a follow-up once they exist.
• icon: "ornith" is not a bundled key in model-logo.ts yet, so the client falls back to the letter avatar until a mark ships. Kept the key so it lights up automatically after that.
• No change needed in atomic-chat-model-catalog: the AtomicChat org is already whitelisted (boost 2.0), the 12h cron will pick both repos up — or run cron.yml with force_rebuild=true to publish immediately.
