Add a curated good-first-issue list view (meta)

Problem / Context

With many good-first-issue-labeled issues now open, a curated/prioritized subset would help new contributors avoid choice paralysis.

Proposed approach

Add a pinned issue or docs page linking to a small, hand-picked starter set across categories.

Acceptance criteria

• List is curated (not just an auto-filter), covering variety across buckets
• Kept updated as issues are claimed/closed
