Add initial support for the X1E80100 platform by installing the mixer_paths_X1E80100_CRD.xml, resourcemanager_X1E80100_CRD.xml, mixer_paths_X1E80100_EVK.xml and resourcemanager_X1E80100_EVK files. Signed-off-by: Sairamreddy Bojja <sbojja@qti.qualcomm.com>
