Boost: Improve ISA UI feedback when interacting

Fixes #40071, fixes #40082.

Proposed changes:

• Reworked UI to be more responsive after an interaction;
• Fixed error state sometimes not properly showing up;
• Fixed not showing an error when the requested report is missing;
• Fixed core_front_page missing from site URLs (we always have a home page);
• Fixed report UI not updating when the core_front_page was missing.

• Setup Boost premium so you can use ISA;
• Use the ISA UI;
• Request analysis, force it to show an error (you can do that by editing app/modules/image-size-analysis/data-sync/Image_Size_Analysis_Summary.php to return an error) and make sure the UI behaves accordingly;
• Make sure the problem from the related issue isn't happening anymore.
