Help Center: Use the new endpoint

Proposed changes:

• We want to change the Help Center Search API to be more general and not so focused on WPCOM. This PR updates the Help Center Jetpack endpoints to call the updated API.

• Have you checked the E2E test CI results, and verified that your changes do not break them?

• To test on WoA, go to the Plugins menu on a WoA dev site. Click on the "Upload" button and follow the upgrade flow to be able to upload, install, and activate the Jetpack Beta plugin. Once the plugin is active, go to Jetpack > Jetpack Beta, select your plugin (WordPress.com Site Helper), and enable the HAPD-2967/refactor-help-center-search-api-to-support-a4a branch.
• To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:

bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack-mu-wpcom-plugin HAPD-2967/refactor-help-center-search-api-to-support-a4a
