Create a new `useNetworkEnvironment` hook that parses environment variables to classify network tier, format host URLs, determine vault status, and generate relevant warnings. Add a new Network & Environment section to the settings screen displaying network details, RPC hosts, vault mode, masked contract ID, and environment warnings. Export reusable types and the hook from the new `src/features/settings` module.
Add comprehensive manual QA checklist for tagged release builds, create `docs/release-testing-checklist.md`, and link it in the main README's documentation table of contents.
Create comprehensive navigation-map.md contributor reference covering all app routes, route groups, deep links, feature ownership boundaries, and onboarding guidance. Add a link to this new documentation in the root README.md.
handle vault loading states while fetching balance and locks, display tailored empty state messages for both configured and unconfigured vaults, add deposit and learn more action buttons, and support mock/testnet warning messaging
