@mcgallan : You're updating a number of partner-owned packages with the intent to release. Unless there is a strong reason that necessitates doing so, we should not be making release decisions for partner owned packages.
As this PR has no context that explains the motivation behind this nor who made this decision, I'm blocking for now.
