Sync the eng/common directory with updates from the azure-sdk-tools repository, enabling the script to launch processes from a configurable working directory.
- Added a new
RunDirectoryparameter with a default resolution based on the script root. - Updated the
Start-Processinvocation to use the providedRunDirectory.
