I had to made those changes for the integration test to work on my Ubuntu workstation, now it seems the Travis CI is still using azure v1 so not sure if the changes are relevant, please don't hesitate to discard. |

As most people nowadays use azure-cli v2.x, I have replace the azure command with az in the integration script in the first commit.
There is no md5 command on linux, so I have replaced the md5 command with md5sum in the second commit. (if you are using osx you can install the command using
brew install md5sha1sum)
