This PR updates the acc tests for example:

  1. Now there're two acc test for examples:

    1. TestAccExamples_Selected: Used to run acc tests for selected examples
    2. TestAccExamples_All: Run acc tests for all examples. Except the ones in the resource type root directory to save cost. Because these are verified before. The newly added examples will be in a scenario folder and these will be verified.

  2. Add a document for how to contribute to the examples folder

  3. Add a make task to help run acc test for examples.
