We might need global test setup and teardown for some AVM modules, these procedures require credentials too. To make these procedures reusable, this pr adds a new script
prepare-credential.shto set up oidc credentials. Any GitHub actions require these credentials could download this new script callsource prepare-credential.sh, then run other scripts.
