Extract custom fields from the profile form into a standalone section with its own form and submit button. The :profile atom is preserved as a legacy alias that expands to [:identity, :custom_fields] for backward compatibility. Replace fixed positioning with normal document flow. The auth-bg div now uses min-height and viewport-width breakout instead of a fixed overlay, so footers and other content render naturally below it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Remove LayoutWrapper.app_layout wrapper from comments index and settings templates. These views are detected as external plugins and already get admin chrome via admin.html.heex layout, causing duplicate navbars. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
