Remove bundled comments module from PhoenixKit core. Comments is now an optional external dependency discovered via PhoenixKit.Module auto-discovery. Routes are auto-generated from live_view tab fields. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
