Critical clarification, need to add what version of python to allow users to run this amazing project
A bunch of University colleagues and I want to try this on the break, and we outlined that an improvement on the instructions must be added.
We added the version of python under a section called "Requirements" respecting the code and the other parts of Readme.md.
This is released due to this clarification #24
