Implement the public Privacy Policy page for Sawaka and make it accessible through the existing footer navigation.

• Implemented Privacy Policy version 1.0
• Added a Last Updated date (June 22, 2026)

  • data retention practices
  • information sharing practices
  • AI-assisted data use
  • cookies and technical data
  • privacy assistance requests
• Ensured responsive layout for desktop and mobile devices
• Updated the existing footer link from /confidentialite to /privacy
• Reused the existing footer implementation without redesign

🧪 Tests Performed

• Verified that /privacy is publicly accessible
• Verified that the footer displays "Privacy"
• Verified that the footer link redirects to /privacy
• Verified page rendering on desktop and mobile layouts
• Verified that version number and last updated date are displayed correctly
