All the features i've been working so far, there is more but those are unfinished. these are the one that are finished which includes world gen metorite and some helper functions and methods

@bioastroiner Could you please add a separate branch for each different feature (e.g. all recipeBuilder stuff, all Meteor related stuff, etc) and make a Pull Request for each? This way I can review them one by one and it is clear which code belongs to which feature.
Also, for each of these features, could you write a short description of what it does and why it is needed? For me it is not clear what the RecipeBuilder is for, and how the meteorites look like and what kind of resources they carry, and how it is different from base gt6, etc.
