Update to the latest RFG build system, had to remove the deprecated TOKENs (deprecated because they prevent incremental recompiling optimizations) so that was the only code adjustment made. spotless and checkstyle passes are disabled (might be worth commenting out both their disabled parts and formatting code to them to keep consistency, but didn't do that here, this is just minimal parts necessary for the build system 2.0+ upgrade).
