Markdown 报告新增按工具分组视图:
to_markdown(..., group_by="tool"):每个工具一个小节(按 severity_rank 排序),无 findings 的工具标 "No findings. Clean run.",报错的工具不进 findings 区(仍显示在 Tool errors)--group-by {severity,tool}CLI 参数,默认 severity,默认输出与原来完全一致(有回归测试保证)验证:pytest 19 passed(基线 15+4);CLI 实测 --group-by tool 生效。注:代码由 opencode 生成,提交由 Hermes 补做(agent 沙箱权限受限)。
