Tradeoff Between Bias and Variance

There is a predictable relationship between bias, variance and model complexity. Theoretically bias decreases, and variance increases with model complexity. The objective of this notebook is to demonstrate this.

This is a weak attempt to compete in the Heart Disease UCI Kaggle competition. As you can see, I didn't try that hard. I just threw some basic classification models at the data and prayed for a miracle.
