Thank you for choosing HopInNow!

Rider:

  • Register： If you are a new user, you can click the Register button to create a new account. Note that the password has to be at least 7 digits long.
  • Log In: If you have an account, you can enter your email and password then click Log In. This will you to the rider main page. Note that the marker is not showing your current location.
  • Start a Request: To start a request, user can enter the start location and destination, then click HopInNow to post. Then you will go to the wait page where there is a clock and user can add tips or cancel request.
  • Request Accepted: When a driver accepts your request, rider will go to next page which shows the driver's information. Rider can still cancel the request before driver picked you up.
  • Get Picked Up: When driver picked you up, rider will now go to the picked-up page where rider cannot cancel the request, but still have the driver and request information.
  • Arrived: When you arrived, after you confirmed, the payment page will pop up and rider can add tip and pay, then rider can rate the driver.
  • Menu: If you click the menu button on the top left corner, you can get into the menu page includes your profile where you can see and modify your information and your historical trips. User can log out in the My Profile page.

Driver:

  • Register： If you are a new user, you can click the Register button to create a new account. Note that the password has to be at least 7 digits long. Make sure you check the Is Driver. Then you need to fill out your vehicle information to complete registering.

  • Log In: If you have an account, you can enter your email and password then click Log In. This will you to the rider main page. Note that the marker is not showing your current location.

  • Search for requests: By entering pick up location, user can see the current available requests and user can click on each request to see the locations on map and choose to accept.

  • Request Accepted: When user accepts a request, user will be transferred to a new page showing the request information and has a button called Picked Up. Driver should only click this button if he/she has picked up rider.

  • Picked Up: After picking up rider, driver now can see a new button called Finish. Again, driver should click the button only if he/she arrived at destination.

  • Arrived: Once arrived, driver can confirm arrived and scan QR code from rider. After rider rated this trip, driver is lead back to the online page for new requests.

  • Menu: If you click the menu button on the top left corner, you can get into the menu page includes your profile where you can see and modify your information, your historical trips, your car information and Offline button where driver can get rid of the available requests. User can log out in the My Profile page.

Cautions: There are a few actions where we really discourage.

  1. Do not try to log out or quit the app when you have started or accepted a request.
  2. Do not try to start a request and accept your own request. You are donating free money to us.
  3. We are trying our best to make this app better and we may update everyday. Thank you very much for your patience.
