• As an instructor, I want the AI usage report available as JSON, so that I can combine it across a whole class roster instead of opening one session at a time.

• As a student running on limited API credits, I want to set a per-session spending cap in my config, so that a runaway agent loop cannot exhaust my budget before I notice.

• As a student reading unfamiliar code, I want an explanation of why a piece of code exists in the project (not just what it does) so that I can understand its role in the system instead of just memorizing syntax.

• As a student working through a bug across several turns, I want opencode to remember which hints it already gave me in that session, so that hints escalate (general → specific → direct) instead of repeating or jumping straight to the answer.

• As an instructor, I want aggregate class-wide trends on my students' AI usage per assignment (average accept ratio, most commonly rejected suggestion categories), so that I can spot concepts the whole class is struggling with and adjust lecture content.

• As a student, I want Opencode to warn me when an AI-proposed edit touches file or code that I haven't previously read or written, so that I notice when I'm about to accept a change outside of my understanding.

• As a student, I want to see my own accept/reject ratio and share of AI-authored code, so that I can self-assess whether I'm learning or just approving diffs.

• As an instructor, I want a record of which agent-proposed edits a student accepted versus rejected, so that I can tell who is critically reviewing AI output and who is rubber-stamping it.
