Issue for this PR
Closes #2
Type of change
What does this PR do?
This PR adds a custom
/scottycommand to the OpenCode CLI. Running the command opens a dialog displaying an ASCII art of Scotty. The command is registered in the TUI command list and uses a newdialog-scottycomponent to display the artwork. The changes are limited to the files needed for the new command and do not modify any unrelated functionality. If you paste a large clearly AI generated description here your PR may be IGNORED or CLOSED!

How did you verify your code works?
I ran the OpenCode CLI locally and tested the
/scottycommand to verify that the command is available and that the Scotty dialog opens and displays correctly. I also ranbun testin the TUI package as well asbun lintfor the specific files changed (i.e.,packages/tui/src/component/dialog-scotty.tsxandpackages/tui/src/app.tsx), both passing successfully.Output of running
