Allow users to generate vectors of LPF-FD and LPF-DV

getLPFFD.m and getLPFdvars.m already do this. Is it feasible to build this into the GUI, and add instructions for command line use into the readme?

This is now automatic, default behavior. There is no need to build this into the GUI, as there is no reason to disable it (the file space used by the csvs is minimal).

The GUI needs to be repackaged in order to incorporate these changes, and some description of this behavior added to the readme. Then a new release can be made.
