Summary:
In development. A project to track my fitness beyond what commercial fitness tracking apps can provide. A Django and SQLite based website. Functional in some small aspects but not fully complete. I learned alot building it, but finished with the conclusion that there are many existing sites that do 99% of what i want, and it is simpler just using them.

It might seem strange that I would make 'another' site that tracks one's fitness, however I see a gap in the market - certainly for my self. Garmin (and similar) has the data but its analytics vary from ok to trash. Also, it doesn't provide the features i want. Strava (and similar) is a scocial media platform, not an analysis platform. Attackpoint straddels both worlds but is too basic. Goldencheetah provides excelent session anlaysis but is cycling focused, is a desktop application, and is too complex. Intervals.icu is ok, is cycling focused, and a little orchward. runalyze is ok, probably the best i have seen, but still doesn't have what i want to track.
