• rename visible Frontend onboarding labels to Onboarding
• classify each v2 setup-reaching person once as CLI only, CLI plus AI instructions, or no CLI
• add the vertical Setup to CLI outcomes chart directly below the v2 onboarding graph
• attribute CLI starts from actor-scoped onboarding-v2, CLI init, and builder onboarding signals
