Summary

Resolves #2923.

When builds using Vinxi (e.g. apps/desktop) are cancelled or interrupted by SIGINT before normal cleanup, Vinxi's temporary config bundle (apps/desktop/app.config.timestamp_<ms>.js generated by vinxi/lib/load-app.js) is left behind untracked in the working tree.

This adds *.config.timestamp_*.js to root .gitignore directly under .vinxi to cleanly prevent workspace pollution.

Verified with git check-ignore:
