Miner Integration Test: Create a miner and pledges a sector through Forest - #7807
Lotus Miner creating a miner and pledging a sector through Forest's RPC. Mirrors Lotus testNonGenesisMiner and TestPledgeSectors (single sector, real 2 KiB proofs).

Walkthrough
The devnet wrapper now runs supplied commands, and the forest-dev devnet miner command adds Lotus Miner onboarding tests. The changes also add CI coverage for those tests and update the existing devnet workflow to use the shared integration-test harness.

Layer / File(s)
Summary
Reusable devnet test execution scripts/devnet/with_devnet.sh, scripts/devnet/test_harness.sh, .github/workflows/forest.yml, mise.toml
The wrapper accepts a devnet directory and command. The harness runs the shared integration suites, and the devnet workflow and tasks invoke them through the wrapper.
The new command runs onboarding tests serially. The tests create a miner, pledge a sector, wait for sector status, and compare Forest and Lotus state. Supporting changes add Lotus Miner RPC helpers and configure its API listen address.
Miner integration CI .github/workflows/miner-tests.yml, .github/MINER_TESTS_ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md
The workflow builds Forest and runs the onboarding tests on configured events. Scheduled failures create an issue with the workflow run URL.

The miner task can discard downloaded proof parameters, making later runs slower. This is a bounded issue to address or accept before merging; the previously reported checkout-token and log-exposure concerns are resolved.

Explanation
The title names the main change: an integration test in which Lotus creates a miner and pledges one sector through Forest. The changeset matches this. It adds the miner test command, the onboarding tests create_miner and pledge_sector, the devnet wiring, and the CI workflow. The title has a grammar error: "pledges" should be "pledge" to match the infinitive after "create" and "pledge". This does not change the meaning, so the check passes.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The changed files support issue #7795. They add the miner integration command and tests, Lotus Miner RPC helpers, devnet wiring, CI execution, and failure reporting for the same test group. The shared devnet test-harness changes support execution of the new command. No demonstrated change lacks a connection to miner integration coverage or its execution.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #7795 is an open direct link. The current code satisfies onboarding::create_miner: it compares StateMinerCreationDeposit and StateVMCirculatingSupplyInternal at Lotus's head, runs lotus-miner init with a generated BLS worker and 2 KiB sector size, checks one new miner, and compares StateMinerInfo. It satisfies the pledge flow: pledge_sector starts one sector, wait_until_proving flushes both sealing batches on each poll, fails on terminal states, and includes the sector log on timeout. lotus_accepts_forest_head now calls ChainGetTipSetByHeight and compares the returned key with Forest's head key. The supplied change summary shows no mutation of StateGetRandomnessFromTickets and no automated mutation test. The code also resolves the pledge miner from MINER_ACTOR_ADDRESS; the reviewed evidence does not establish that this value is t01000.
Resolution
Add the #7795 mutation test. Make the test return incorrect bytes from the StateGetRandomnessFromTickets RPC handler without changing VM randomness, then assert that prove-commit fails and the sector does not reach Proving. Also make the onboarding test verify that MINER_ACTOR_ADDRESS is t01000, or provide reviewable configuration evidence that guarantees this value.
Full details: Docstring Coverage
Explanation
Docstring coverage is 35.29% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 17 functions across 8 files. (2 skipped: 2 unsupported.)
Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

The new test:devnet:miner task uses this wrapper. Its exit trap removes the filecoin-proofs volume, so the next run must fetch the parameters again. Preserve that volume and remove only the chain-data volumes. The devnet setup explicitly preserves the proof cache for local reruns. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

I am approving this for now, since we have a lot of other test that needs to be added on top of this which will definitely cause more structural changes. So no point in making the changes now.
