• calibnet-rpc-checks and calibnet-wallet-check also run on the Release label.
• integration-tests-status, the only required check this workflow produces, now needs every job, runs unless the workflow is cancelled (if: ${{ !cancelled() }}), and fails if any job failure or cancelled. Skipped jobs still pass, so PRs without a label are unaffected.
• The Calibnet RPC checks and Wallet tests no-op jobs and the docs-override copy are removed. Those names were never required checks, so the no-ops only produced a fake green (first commit).
• extra_tests is replaced by report-failure, which opens the [automated] Integration test failure issue when a scheduled run fails. The old job could never fire: its if had no status function, so it was skipped on exactly the failures it should report, and it had no checkout for the template.
• issues: write moves from the workflow level to the report-failure job.
• The release checklist lists what the label runs.
• Skips the calibnet wallet and stateful tests on fork PRs instead of passing silently.
