Adds an accessible, interactive clear button (#clear-user-id-btn) to #user-id-input on the main page. This enhances micro-UX and keyboard accessibility by allowing users to quickly clear custom User IDs with focus restoration, dynamic cURL preview updates, and clear visual/aria feedback.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2878202758155344106 started by @ightevenmckane187

- Add an interactive clear button (`#clear-user-id-btn`) with `aria-label="Clear User ID"` inside the User ID input field.
- Add input wrapper styling with right padding (`padding-right: 28px`) to avoid text overlap.
- Add click listener to clear input value, restore focus, update cURL preview, and toggle button visibility dynamically based on input length.
- Add unit test coverage in `tests/server.test.ts` verifying button rendering and accessibility attributes.
