docs: clarify Hermes Tweet as a Memory OS research source

• Add Hermes Tweet as a companion source in the Memory OS component list.
• Explain the integration boundary: Hermes Tweet supplies X research context, while Memory OS preserves resulting research through existing session capture.
• Include the current install command and exact independent-service disclosure.

Independent Repository Fix

The footer labeled the raw setup.sh source as Quick install. It now links to QUICKSTART.md, which presents prerequisites, installation, verification, and next steps before users execute the installer.

Validation

• Python 3.12 byte compilation passed for every CI-scoped module.
• Collapse tests passed.
• All 24 sanitization and prompt-injection tests passed.
• Collapse evaluation smoke passed.
• README structure, internal links, and the Hermes Tweet URL passed.
• git diff --check passed.
• Final patch is limited to 7 additions and 2 deletions in README.md.

No issue is linked because the contribution guide permits small fixes to go directly to a pull request.

The branch is now rebuilt from current upstream as signed commit bd66830.

The final patch is limited to the truthful Hermes Tweet companion entry and the independent Quick install navigation fix. It changes 7 additions and 2 deletions in README.md; the earlier punctuation rewrite is gone.

Python 3.12 byte compilation, collapse tests, all 24 sanitization tests, collapse evaluation, README link checks, and git diff --check pass. GitHub verifies the commit signature, and the PR is currently mergeable with no unresolved review threads.
