…lugs laddr's four event handles are inconsistent (`launchpad-2018`, `launchpad_2019`, `datahack2020`). The series they backfill into take slug-form slugs (`launchpad-2019`, `data-hack-2020`), and the old `/events/<handle>` URLs keep resolving through a static map of the four handles rather than legacy handle normalization, which would keep the underscore. laddr's four event handles were inconsistent (`launchpad_2019`, `datahack2020`) and legacy handle normalization keeps underscores for events, so `/events/<handle>` and its segment URLs now go through a static map of the closed set to the slug-form series slugs (#220). Tests cover the map, and the rename tests now assert that images move and relink.
