fix(web): clearer attendee groups and a visible Cancel RSVP button - #237

Launch feedback: "Not sure yet" read as doubt about attending, and the quiet "Can't make it?" link went unseen. List members who haven't said what they're coming to do first with no heading, name the other groups after the choices people click, and make cancelling a real button. Unanswered attendees now lead the list without a heading; "Looking for a project" is "No project yet". "Can't make it?" becomes an outline "Cancel RSVP" button with a "Cancel your RSVP?" confirm.
