Choosing a Switch / Router

We need to figure out our requirements for a switch or router for the rover.
Biggest thing is determining roughly how many ethernet ports we need, and how many of them need to be POE enabled, and at what voltage.
So far minipc - 1x regular ethernet
Radio - 1x 24v "passive poe"
Some number of PIs - regular ethernet

It could be multiple switches too, a smaller POE switch and a bigger normal switch, or just a poe injector if there's few devices that need it.

Powering a switch is also going to be fun, since most of them are designed for AC power.

Picking between a switch and a router should be possible once the radio shows up and we can test its capabilities.
