…ions: Norte, Nordeste, Centro-Oeste, Sudeste, Sul). These are generated as regional derivatives from the Protomaps basemap (OpenStreetMap data, ODbL license). Motivation: This expands offline map coverage for Project NOMAD users in South America. The splits allow users to download only the relevant areas, keeping file sizes manageable for the offline survival computer use case. Changes: Added new .pmtiles files to `/pmtiles/` (with date stamps following existing convention, e.g., `brazil-sul_2026-03.pmtiles`)

Add PMTiles for Brazil, split by region (using standard Brazilian regions: Norte, Nordeste, Centro-Oeste, Sudeste, Sul).
